What was Leadership Ottawa and how did it help me?

LO, Leadership Ottawa was a program that operated for a short while in the city. It’s aim was to develop community leaders. I am a graduate of that program. Bart Bakker was the CEO. We learned about Ottawa’s charitable organizations, conflict resolution, creating dialogue and much more.

Most importantly the need to recognize issues and step in to make a difference keeping in mind unintended consequences.
