Rideau Rockcliffe Community Resource Centre past and future

We need to continue to provide a range of supports and services enabling the residents, building community resilience, and social inclusion. Look at how the level of service has dramatically increased over the past four years.

What does this mean?
Are we building a secure, dignified, and rewarding life for all residents of Rideau-Rockcliffe?  What are the alternatives? Let us review the fundamentals. Strategy is a matter of position. Where do you want to be in five years/ 20 years? It involves an assessment of the current state and a very clear description of the future stare.

A plan describes “How” you will reach your strategic goals.
Tactics describe the different approaches to achieving a goal given intended and unintended consequences.

With these high minded ideas you also have to address ongoing issues through programs, services and projects.

So we have
