I talked about bridges, sidewalks and the urban/ suburban vote splitting and my plan to gerrymander the city wards

The story?

Reduce number of councillors from 25 to 12.

Gerrymander wards into new spoke design.

The result? Save money and improve governance. Each ward now has skin in both urban and suburban issues. 

Could save $2 million  or more per year. Use the cash for the infrastructure deficit.
