I'm a project management professional and Managing Director of Peer Metrics, a firm I founded in 2013 that helps organizations use data and benchmarking to improve performance.
With a PMP designation and years of experience delivering complex projects for government and health services clients, I bring a unique skill set to city council: the ability to ask the right questions, demand accurate information, and measure whether programs are actually working.
